When the questioned about the aspects which force them to buy through the internet, one member said that if a friends suggest you to buy online so you must go for it. The other person said that there is no similarity in the products, although some shops such as telebrands and Amazon do not provide the good quality so it may affect the suggestions given by a friend. The participants said that if they should buy directly through the website of the company such as dell or Nokia so this will be reliable. A member said that to pay on the time of good received is the main factor I Pakistan and without this facility one cannot go for the online purchases. The amount of the product also got the importance and one member said that the home shopping was giving the products on the least price, when the interviewer asked from the people that what will be their reaction when a product is available on the same price weather you bought it online or a shop near by the members said that they will buy It from the internet because it provides them ease. They also said that if the facility of return and a concession rat is provides so they will shop online.

When the interviewer questioned about the bad experiences of the online shopping all the members said that they cannot check the quality of the product. One member also said that a product is often not available in the stock.

When the interviewer asked about the aspects which are of most importance while shopping through a nearby shop or through the internet, two members said that the amount and the specifications of the product, one member said that he can pay more for the good quality, one said that he wants to make his money good and the last one said that he wants to get the ease.

When the members was said that they can compare brick and mortar with the online products so all the members said that the brick is providing the good quality while the online shopping provides the ease and comfort.

When the members were questioned about their preferences that which products will they mostly buy online all the members said that they will give importance to the quality products especially mobile phone, computers etc. one participant said that he will go only for the garments because they have low prices and he could take the risk of spending more money on the valued products.
